昨年、未来ホーム（那珂川市）で福岡市の方に注文住宅（二世帯住宅）を建てました。
2年前は千葉県に住んでいたため、リモートで何度も打ち合わせを重ね、ようやく念願だった福岡での新居を建てることができました。

ほぼリモートでの打ち合わせでしたが、こちらの希望を丁寧に聞いていただき、間取りについても何度も相談に乗っていただきました。

ただ希望をそのまま形にするだけではなく、福岡の気候や家の性能、建築費とのバランスまで考えながら、「ここはこうしたほうがいい」「ここはそこまで必要ない」とプロの視点でアドバイスをしてくださったのも非常にありがたかったです。

家づくりでは、土地の形状や法的な制限などもあり、決して簡単な計画ではありませんでした。

家の解体や造成工事は別の会社にお願いしましたが、その際も私たち家族と業者さんの間に入って、工事が円滑に進むようサポートしてくださいました。

普通なら「そこは別業者なので……」となってしまいそうなことまで、最後まで投げ出さず、誠実に対応していただきました。

進捗についても丁寧に報告してくださり、工事もほぼ計画通りに進みました。

そして何より、大工さんをはじめ現場の方々も、とても丁寧に仕事をしてくださった印象があります。これは鈴木社長の人柄や、普段から職人さんとの信頼関係を大切にされているからなのかな、と感じています。

完成した家は、二世帯住宅でロフトも含めると延床面積が約50坪あります。
それでも、大手ハウスメーカーで同じような家を建てる場合と比べて、かなり費用を抑えることができました。

ただ、未来ホームさんの良さは「大手メーカーより安く建てられる」ということだけではないと思います。

私たちが一番感心したのは、無駄なところにはお金をかけず、必要なところにはしっかりこだわるという家づくりです。
特に、断熱・気密・耐震など、住んでから簡単には変えられない部分については、本当にこだわっていると感じました。

鈴木社長と家の性能について話をすると、その知識とこだわりには驚かされます（笑）。
実際に住み始めて、それをさらに実感しています。

延床約50坪の家ですが、1階と2階にエアコンが1台ずつあれば十分に快適に過ごせています。

特に夏は、福岡特有の蒸し暑さを感じにくく、家の中がとても快適です。私たちが採用した断熱材の調湿効果もあるのだと思いますが、湿気の多い時期でも過ごしやすいと感じています。

断熱性能の高い家というと、「冬は暖かいけど乾燥がすごい」という話も聞きますが、今のところそのようなこともありません。夏場もジメジメした感じが軽減されます。

もちろん、こだわった断熱材なので一般的なものより費用はかかります。ただ、そこも鈴木社長のつながりなどを活かして、できるだけ費用を抑えて施工していただきました。

太陽光は7.4kW、蓄電池なしのオール電化にしました。

当初はもっと太陽光を載せたいと思っていましたが、費用とのバランスを考え、鈴木社長からアドバイスをいただいて現在の容量にしました。

今年の夏は、1か月の電気代が約1万円だったのに対して、売電が約2万円になった月もあり、水道代まで含めても光熱費がほとんどかからないような状態でした。

住んでみて改めて感じたのは、
「必要なところにはしっかりお金をかける。でも、無駄な設備やコストはできるだけ削る。」

という未来ホームさんの家づくりです。
これは実際に住んでみないと分からない部分だと思います。

大手メーカーや有名な工務店と比べると、モデルハウスや広告などの華やかさはないかもしれません。

でも、自分たちの希望をしっかり聞いてもらいながら、無駄を抑え、家そのものの性能を高めたい。そんな方には、本当におすすめしたい工務店です。

そして、もう一つ伝えたいのが、完成後のサポートです。建てて終わりではなく、何か困ったことがあれば相談に乗ってくださいます。先日も洗濯機の設置について相談したところ、必要なソケットを準備して持ってきてくださいました。

「そこまでしてくれるの？」と思うくらい、家のことを気にかけてくださっています（笑）

家の計画・設計から現場、そして完成後のメンテナンスまで、同じ鈴木社長が一貫して関わってくださる。これは、未来ホームさんの大きな強みだと思います。

家を建てるときは、どうしても「どんな家が建つか」に目が行きますが、実際には建てた後のほうが長い付き合いになります。

Last year, we had a custom-built two-family home constructed in Fukuoka City by Mirai Home (Nakagawa City).

Two years prior, we lived in Chiba Prefecture, so we had numerous remote meetings before finally being able to build our long-awaited new home in Fukuoka.

What we were particularly particular about in building our home was a "strong house." This included not only earthquake resistance, but also excellent insulation to withstand heat and cold, and airtightness with minimal gaps. With these points in mind, we initially visited about eight well-known major house builders and consulted remotely with other construction companies.

We hired another company for the demolition and site preparation work, but even then, Mr. Suzuki acted as a liaison between our family and the contractors, supporting the smooth progress of the project.

He handled even the most pressing matters, where other companies might have simply said, "That's a separate contractor's job," without giving up until the very end, demonstrating his sincerity and dedication.


They provided thorough progress reports, and the construction proceeded almost exactly as planned.

Above all, I was impressed by the meticulous work of the carpenters and other on-site staff. I believe this is due to President Suzuki's personality and the trust he places on his relationship with the craftsmen.

The completed house is a two-family home with a total floor area of ​​approximately 50 tsubo (about 165 square meters) including the loft.

Even so, we were able to significantly reduce costs compared to building a similar house with a major house builder.

However, I believe the strength of Mirai Home isn't just that they can build houses cheaper than major builders.

What impressed us most was their approach to home building: they don't spend money on unnecessary things, but they are meticulous about what is essential.

In particular, I felt they were truly dedicated to aspects that can't be easily changed after moving in, such as insulation, airtightness, and earthquake resistance.

When I talk to President Suzuki about the performance of the house, I'm amazed by his knowledge and dedication (laughs).

I've come to appreciate this even more since actually living in the house.

Our house has a total floor area of ​​approximately 50 tsubo (about 165 square meters), but with just one air conditioner on each floor, we can live comfortably.

Especially in the summer, we don't feel the typical Fukuoka humidity as much, and the house is very comfortable. I think the humidity-regulating effect of the insulation we used also plays a role; even during humid seasons, it feels very comfortable.

We've heard that highly insulated houses are "warm in winter but extremely dry," but so far, we haven't experienced that. Even in summer, the damp feeling is reduced.

Of course, because we used high-quality insulation, it cost more than standard materials. However, thanks to President Suzuki's connections, we were able to keep the costs down as much as possible during the installation.

We opted for a 7.4kW solar power system and an all-electric system without a battery storage.

Initially, we wanted to install more solar panels, but considering the cost, we followed President Suzuki's advice and settled on the current capacity.

This summer, while our monthly electricity bill was around 10,000 yen, there were months when we earned about 20,000 yen from selling excess electricity. Even including water bills, our utility costs were practically zero.

What I've come to appreciate more since moving in is Mirai Home's approach to home building:
"Spending money wisely where it's needed, but minimizing unnecessary equipment and costs as much as possible."

This is something you can only truly understand by actually living in the house.

Compared to major manufacturers and well-known construction companies, they may lack the glamour of model homes and advertisements.

And one more thing I want to emphasize is their post-completion support. They don't just finish the house and leave; they're always there to help if you have any problems. Just recently, when I consulted them about installing a washing machine, they prepared and brought the necessary socket.

They care about our home so much that we sometimes think, "Are they really going to go that far?" (laughs)

From the planning and design of the house to the construction site and even post-completion maintenance, the same President Suzuki is involved consistently. I think this is a major strength of Mirai Home.

When building a house, you naturally focus on "what kind of house will be built," but in reality, the relationship with the homeowner lasts much longer after it's built.
